The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area  with shower room at ground floor level. A beautiful oak staircase leads up to a bedroom with king-size bed and an additional seating/sofa bed area on the first floor mezzanine.

Fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, full size oven/grill, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  Tassimo and filter coffee machines.

Air conditioning / heating.

Free and fast unlimited fibre Wi-Fi.

40 Inch HD TV with UK TV via satellite or alternatively French terrestrial channels.

Blu-ray / DVD Player and Amazon Firestick for your own streaming services (Netflix/Amazon/Disney etc).

Google Nest Audio Speaker with Bluetooth Connectivity.

Ample storage space for cases and equipment.

French doors lead onto a  large, sunny gravelled patio with direct access to the garden and the surrounding woodland. Sun loungers, table, chairs and large parasol are included along with a barbeque. A washing machine and drying facilities are available for guests in a separate building close to the gite.

Access to secluded swimming pool and sundeck via the nearby potager garden.

A dedicated parking space is provided for guests outside the accommodation. Electric vehicle charging is available on-site.

A bicycle rack (five spaces) is  located to the rear of the gite.

The gîte is for adults only. Unfortunately we do not allow pets on-site.

Access to a woodland walk and several hectares of land is included with the accommodation. 

Smoking is not permitted indoors, only on the patio area outside the gite, due to the risk of fire.
