Our budget friendly, yet luxuriously equipped accommodation, occupies part of the first floor of our old barn.  Comprising an open plan bedroom / sitting area with kitchenette and separate wc and shower room, La Terrasse is ideal for couples with its king-sized bed, or alternatively the room can be configured as a twin.

Fully-equipped kitchenette with induction hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave/combination oven and grill.  Tassimo and filter coffee machines.

Air conditioning / heating.

Free and fast unlimited fibre Wi-Fi.

32 Inch Smart TV with Free-Sat UK TV or alternatively French terrestrial channels.  Access to your own streaming service accounts (Netflix/Amazon/Disney etc).

Blu-ray / DVD Player.

Google Nest Speaker with Bluetooth Connectivity.

Large under-bed storage area for cases and equipment.

French doors lead onto a very large, sunny decked terrace with panoramic views over the surrounding woodland.  Sun loungers,  table, chairs and large parasol are included along with a barbeque.  There is also a lower decked area which is in shade for much of the day.

Access to secluded swimming pool and sundeck via the nearby potager garden.

A washing machine and drying facilities are available for guests in a separate building close to the gite.

Access to the gîte is by a private external staircase.  A dedicated parking space is provided for guests outside the accommodation. Electric vehicle charging is availabel on-site.

A bicycle rack (five spaces) is  located adjacent to the parking area.

The gîte is for adults only. Unfortunately we do not allow pets on-site.

Access to a woodland walk and several hectares of land is included with the accommodation.  

Smoking is not permitted indoors, only on the patio area outside the gite, due to the risk of fire.
